He told me that my eyes were pretty much okay--just getting older and that all I needed were some over-the-counter reading glasses. Turns out, I had aggressive cataracts, rapidly losing my sight, and needed surgery. I went to another optometrist in another state, who was appalled at Elmore's diagnosis. Based on my experience and his failure to make a simple diagnosis (I now have lens implants and see pretty well), I have to give him zero stars.
