I am so glad we found Dr Frix. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Moving here from Vegas few years ago, I’ve never experienced a doctor so engaged in helping me get better. He actually cares about you. Now my entire family goes to him and we have never experienced a doctor that we were so happy and comfortable with.

Jeremy is a kind, thoughtful provider. He gives you attention during your visit.

Jeremy is honestly the best, most compassionate provider I have ever had. I have multiple health issues and he addresses all of them when I see him. He has honestly saved my life more than once. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for amazing provider! His assistant is also amazing. she works hard at getting patient's seen in timely manner.

I have been seeing Jeremy for years and have never had an issue. From the front office to back office staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Jeremy always takes the time to address my concerns and makes sure I stay current on all my routine health needs. When an emergent situation arose, he facilitated a referral to a specialist quickly. I’ve never been greeted in anything but a friendly, welcoming tone and never feel rushed. He really takes the time to make sure I’m being taken care of. Very thankful for him!

Jeremy has been nothing but caring, kind, and accommodating over the years. He really takes his time to sit and listen to your issues. That is hard to come by these days! Anything I’ve needed he takes care of the same day. I couldn’t recommend him enough to everyone I know!

Jeremy is the BEST doctor I’ve ever had. He listens to every concern and I never leave feeling like I haven’t been taken care of. Even during the craziness of the pandemic, he and the entire staff make me feel at ease. He truly does care and it shows. I don’t know what I’d do without him!

Jeremy was my Provider for several years. But in the last 6 months he has changed! He no longer cares about his patients!! I had been feeling I’ll for months, I felt like I was dying. No one had answers. So I asked a lot of questions. When I got an answer it was something rare for my age, so I asked another question. His response was he no longer wanted to be my doctor. Who does this???? I got a letter in the mail saying he didn’t want me as a patient. I no longer respect him& believe he no longer has any empathy for his patients!!! I don’t recommend him!!

Jeremy Frix is a kind and caring family practice physician (PA) and has so much knowledge of current medical news and technology. He cares about his patients and will listen to your concerns. He remembers what medications will interact or potentially interact and takes extra care to make sure you are getting labs done to check your overall health. Am so grateful for him and all primary health facilities! I split my time between Jeremy and another PHMG physician because I just love them both so much as providers and have been so happy with my care!

Many of you might think he is great because he rambles on for an hour about nothing that makes no difference at all. I am here to tell you he is the most inconsiderate Dr. that I have ever seen. I was out of my thyroid med levothyroxine & the soonest appt. available was 22 days out. I have Blue Cross & no problem having an appt. So I asked for a 20 day supply of levothyroxine until my appt. & he absolutely refused?! I was totally appalled & shocked! It is detrimental to go without your thyroid meds for more than 3 days. He didn't care that I would be without for 22 days!!!! What Dr. Does that?! He is arrogant, rude & does not listen to a word you say! Go to Embrace Wellness & see Elizabeth Hachova! She is changing my life! I rate her 5 star + ! Super amazing human that actually listens & cares! I told 6 people after my appt. how impressed I was ..never in my life have I felt like this! Good things do come of bad situations. I'm glad Jeremy frix denied my meds because I found her!

We have been with dr Frix since we came to Boise 4 yrs ago and he is great. He listens to everything you have to say and very easy to talk to and makes sure you are well taken care of...very highly recommended everyone in his office are also very kind and caring ??????

Jeremy is by far the best provider I have ever gone too. He takes time answer any questions. Jeremy should be considered the standard when it comes to caring for patients.

I highly recommend Dr. Frix to anyone looking for a positive experience. As long as Dr. Frix is practicing medicine, my husband and I will always be dedicated patients.

Jeremy is always friendly and gives excellent service. He has always treated me with respect and answers all my questions. I feel like I'm a person not a patient when I am seen by him.

I find Jeremy to be very personable and through when I go to see him about any health issues. I have been seeing him in the urgent care clinic for four years and am very happy to have him as my primary doctor now that he is on the family practice side of Primary Health. I have recommended him to my friends and family and they all feel the same way!
