You know I picked Ms. Jerica Mitchell because I thought I’d feel most comfortable with a Black woman. You know being a young black woman myself. I was utterly disappointed by her attitude. She speaks as if she could care less about the job. It made me hesitant to schedule important appointments because I didn’t wanna feel worse than I already do.
