Rude, doesn't communicate well. Had issues with my contacts on 4 seperate occasions and he acted like I was bothering him. When I tried to address the issue he interupeted me multiple times. Ive never had such a horrible experience and have been going to eye care associates for 20 plus years. The lady that was helping him left the door open when talking to them and I could clearly hear what they were saying about me. He was mad I didnt wear my contacts in, even though I was never told to do so.
