Prescription filled incorrectly
Jesahel filled my prescription incorrectly costing me numerous trips to the pharmacy, calling, messaging One Medical to have the issue fixed and then I had to get on a call with the insurance company FOREVER to explain her mistake to them so they can update my prescription. Was frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed.
