Excelent!! She is professional, caring and always available she was a blessing to us.

For the time my kids were being seen by Ms. Acker, she was great. She helped them a great deal and was able to help me improve my abilities as a parent. Absolutely no breaches of confidentiality or poor communication occurred for us. As a matter of fact, I remember her working very hard to fit us into her schedule as our own schedules shifted from time to time. Overall very positive experience.

Very helpful and understanding

I tried reaching out to Jessica to set up a consultation and possibly an appointment. Jessica was more concerned with me providing a debit card than giving me any information on the services that she offers. I initially scheduled an appointment however after reviewing her reviews online I decided to cancel the appointment. Jessica didn't seem to care that I was cancelling the appointment, did not ask what was wrong. Just flat out responded with an okay. She never answered her phone and all the correspondence was done with email. Would not recommend her to anyone. Horrible experience.

Ms. Acker has been a blessing to my family. She has helped me and my son. My son doesn't trust easily and he trust her. She has made us feel comfortable and has been very willing to work with my schedule. I would recommend her services.

Ms. Acker is a very professional and supportive therapist. She is honest and caring while she maintains her professionalism. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a mental health therapist for themselves or a family member.

She requires an intake with the parent to set-up services then she will make a different appointment to see the client. Less then 48 hours after my childs 1st session, we had a CPS case was called in. No one was in any danger and she quickly judged the family.

My experience with her was very unprofessional and unhelpful. She didn’t listen to my concerns and did not make me feel comfortable in her abilities to address my concerns

She was very professional and very sweet. Wait time in the waiting room was less than 15 minutes after we arrived. Explained everything to us. No complaints at all.
