I saw her for a few months and she never gave me any tools to help myself and just kept saying “sounds like you need to make friends” and stuff like that. I don’t think she knew how to help me. She also had a hard time remembering specifics about my life like my partners name. She doesn’t seem to check her voicemail and you will end up playing phone tag.
