Big Ego
I usually like working with nurse practitioners, because they often are more down to earth and less arrogant than MDs. This is not the case with Jessica Bates. She did not listen carefully to what I said and was rude when I asked questions that showed I wasn’t sure I agreed with her plan of care. Not going to see her again.
