Jessica is a GEM! She led us through the pathways program (proprietary for WHA) that prepared us for pregnancy and delivery of a healthy baby. Then I learned she is a magical fairy when it comes to IUD insertion. I was incredibly nervous but she made it seem like a breeze. Terrific bedside manner, genuine and realistic perspective. Could not say enough good things.
