Jessica is the BEST! look no further. My quality of life has significantly improved thru pinnacles pain management. I still have many bad days but since seeing jessica I have many good days too and it has been a 25 year long road to get to to where I am today. I am So grateful for Dr. Crooks, Jessica and the staff. I have been thru more surgeries and pain management offices than I could count and they truly make a difference!

She listens and actively helps to find solution to my medical issues. I am a very complex Crps patient with alot of medical issues,which include orthapedics surgeries..She uses her connection withthe doctors in orthapedics to make all visits and surgeries go off with surgeries and pain control. She sees me not my disease and who I was what I was capable of doing and how much my like completely changed. Jessica never stops trying to help me feel less pain and be able to function instead of being bedridden. She literally has saved my life and given me hope for a better future. She is incredible and I thank God every day for her.

Jessica is always approachable and willing to listen to her patients. She comes with compassion and empathy and a vast array of knowledge and recommendations for her patients to choose from. As a long term patient of her’s who is goal oriented, I’d recommend her to fellow patients looking for options in pain relief.
