Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was not as smooth as I had hoped. She is a bit abrupt when it really isn't necessary and her bed side manner just doesn't seem genuine at all. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day, or it was too early for her but I would hope in the future she remembers why she went into this profession in the first place and give more compassion to her patients that are in pain. Her assistant was super sweet and helped us get through this experience.
