Takes her time with you
I have only been with this clinic for about a year but they are am. It is easy to get in, she takes her time with you and she genuinely cares about you. (At least I feel that way)

Does not listen to patients, makes unreasonable demands, requires unnecessary visits in the middle of a pandemic and without regard to a patient's status as the sole caretaker to an ailing family member who cannot be left unattended, and does not respect a patient's right to determine what they consider best for their health and what they want to focus on.
