Not sure of the low ratings others gave, but my experience was good with Dr. Dasilva. Perhaps people don't realize she's very busy and doing everything as quickly and best as she can. When I was in the office there were a lot of other patients waiting in line to see her. It seems maybe they are understaffed. Even so when I walked in I was treated well from the front reception and again from Dr. Dasilva. I can't stand when people don't have legit complaints about someone and choose to see the worst in people. Maybe they should put themselves in that persons position. You don't ever know what someone is going through, so always speak of people kindly.

Not patient friendly
I felt she didn't listen to anything I was saying. Just needs to realize to listen more to patients

I had had cataract surgery several years before and the corrective lenses requirement was removed from my license, but I had noticed some changes in my vision. After my eye exam at her office, I asked Dr. Dasilva if I was still legal to drive without glasses, and she said she didn’t know. I will consult another provider for an exam, hoping to get that question answered.
