Jessica Denney, PA-C

I've been seeing Jessica for 7 years and have always found her to be patient, polite, energetic, and caring. I look forward to my visits with her and appreciate the ways she has supported my mental health journey through different seasons of life. She also has ADHD and is a mom, so she totally gets it!

Do not confuse this business with a healthcare provider. You don’t see doctors here, you see physicians assistants. These aren’t even “drug dealers with degrees,” they are just drug dealers. If you want to score some prescription drugs from some dirtbags, this is your place. But they are not here to help you or offer any counseling. Before I went to Live Oak Counseling I had been seeing a doctor for years but they were suddenly no longer compatible with my insurance. I thought Live Oak Counseling seemed sketchy, but I just needed to keep getting my prescriptions refilled. They have an ugly office, rude receptionists, and my physician’s assistant, Jessica Denney, mainly just talks about herself. But she wrote my prescriptions, so whatever, and I ended up being with Live Oak Counseling for years. I had never missed an appointment, usually showed up early, Jessica said I was one of her easiest and most reliable patients. So we had a virtual appointment at 11:15am and their office calle

Jessica was the worst experience I’ve had in any form of medical care ever. She has no desire to help the patient. She’s rude, unprofessional and could care less. Mental health and medication are serious and deserve the respect of everyone involved. She’s demeaning and thoughtless. This is my experience. I do not wish to demonize her but people should be treated properly and I worry for her current and future clients. Good help is out there. Do not get discouraged when encountering people of this nature. It it very unfortunate she has the power she does. The only difference between her and I is that I am aware that I need help. I hope she finds the mental health services she needs.

One of the rudest and unprofessional people in the medical profession I've ever dealt with. She once told me how annoying she found it when her patients wanted to talk with her as it was wasting her time. I wouldn't take my dog to see this belligerent woman.

Extremely disrespectful, judgmental, unfriendly and not there to help a person. This isn’t my opinion, this was the treatment I personally received from Jessica Denney.

She spent an hour and a half getting to know me and my issues. She understood me and helped me understand me!

Jessica is the main point of contact for my relative with a severe mental illness. As a clinical psychologist who believes in treating patients and their family as a unit and accurate diagnoses before treatment, I'm surprised Jessica undermined the family's report of the symptoms, and devalued the need for a neuropsychological assessment as differential diagnosis is key to the treatment of any mental or physical illness. Overall, I do not feel my relative is safe under the care of this PA.
