Horrible customer service
10 minutes late arrival. Told 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment and arrived at 2:40 due to travel issues. Jessica Glassman made us reschedule even though no patients were in the office. Scheduled out 4 months for a young adult with epilepsy. No grace given and the front desk lady was a B! St. Joseph health system is a joke!
