Incompetent - causes injury
I'm writing for my Mother that visited Dr. Jennings several times and has now walked away with a massive neck injury without even a phone call from Jennings or her staff. I advised my mother not to go to someone that has a single degree in chiropractic medicine, but also 'practices' acupuncture, nutrition, etc. Show me the 8+ more years of extra schooling this would require, let's see those degrees. Mom received a cervical adjustment in March of 2023 that sent her straight into vertigo. Dr. Jennings played it off as 'dizziness that's been going around'. I showed up to pick up my mother where they had her sitting by herself on a bench in the hallway. When I asked what happened Dr. Jennings wouldn't even come out of her office to speak with me. I drove my mother home, arranged transfer of her vehicle and then spent the next two days helping my mom as she puked all over herself, couldn't walk/eat. Not so much as a phone call has been made as mom attempts to heal this neck injury.

Dr J always takes time with me, explains the problem I have and what she is doing to help me. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me with blood levels and with aches and pains. She and her staff are always courteous, friendly, and patient. I have referred her to several other people who have also been helped by her.

Dr. Jennings was a pleasure to meet as she not only preformed my adjustments but took time to explain why she was doing each technique and how it would work to help correct the underlining condition. She also took time to listen to the different pains I was having instead of rushing to get me out of the office once the session was over. I would highly recommend that anyone open to chiropractic treatment visit her.
