I had to see a new professional due to scheduling conflicts with my usual NP Katie Michaud (amazing NP at the Scarborough location). Today I saw FNP Jessica Johnson. She was so friendly and kind-- I was instantly comfortable with her which isn't common for me with medical visits. She listened very well and provided next steps in a clear/easy-to-understand manner. She offered to set up a referral for a visit for something unrelated to why I was seeing her-- which I really appreciated as I hadn't considered being proactive. I was an 8am appointment so I had no issues with wait time-- the nurse and office staff were kind/friendly too. If I didn't already love Katie, I'd definitely switch to Jessica. Honestly, it's nice knowing I have two NP I can rely on... I find they listen better than MDs anyways.
