Dismissive and Unhelpful
Jess dismissed my feelings, experiences, perspectives and needs, over and over again, and she also dismissed those of the people closest to me, who I trust. She didn’t help me learn skills. She canceled our appointments a lot. I was doing worse when I stopped seeing her than when I started.

Dismissive, Cancels Frequently and Overpriced
She repeatedly dismissed my experiences and perspectives, causing me to doubt myself. She also would not focus on what I needed and wanted to work on and she didn’t teach me any skills. She very frequently canceled due to illnesses or family emergencies. Her rates seem way too high for her level of skills and being a new therapist.
