From walking in the door at my first visit, until leaving today at my 6 month check-up I had professional and friendly service from Dr. Mansur and her staff. Dr. Mansur took the time to listen regarding affordability and what I wanted to accomplish and helped me select the best hearing aid I think possible.

Jessica (Dr Mansur) was very helpful, took time with us, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant and professional. She even replied (in a timely manner) to a couple of email questions i sent her after our appt.
