If I could give this provider a zero star rating I would. Before my 1st appt I was told over the phone that my insurance and provider was in network. I was told this at my first appt as well. I was seen by Jessica for my 3 visits there. Before my next appt I got a text from her that I have a balance on my account (my insurance is $0 member responsibility for in network which she claimed to be). I didn’t check any of my claims in the past until this text which is when I saw she billed under a completely different doctors name and my insurance paid them in full with $0 member responsibility. I questioned her about this and couldn’t get anywhere with her other than what she was doing was “completely legal”. The balance on my account she mentioned was because she billed a for a visit that had already been paid by my insurance to the other dr that I don’t know nor have ever met. And then billed for 2 more visits that never happened that got denied since it was under her name.
