Jessica Nackley, PA, is excellent!!! I could not have had a better person provide care and perform my procedure. She displayed a genuinely caring, compassionate, empathic attitude toward me and my condition. She is very knowledgeable; my time with her did not feel rushed. She actively listened. She made sure that I was comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Once the numbness wore off and in the days following the procedure, I felt soreness but the pain was completely relieved!
