I went to the cleveland clinic today very sick. Coming from a medical background she is very unprofessional. Does not follow proper procedure. Argues with patients when she has no clue what she is talking about. and following all of this gave me no send out papers. stating what she did during the visit, my diagnosis, my care plan, nothing! do not go to her you will leave feeling like an idiot

She seen me in the er at barberton Hosp. She ordered a ct scan, lab work and urine sample. She neglected to tell me that I have 2 big kidney stones one in each kidney. She said I don’t have an infection. Found out a few days later that I did. She said nothing is wrong with me. I ended up going to a different hosp where I had to stay for a few days because of the stones and a severe infection Plus I need surgery to remove the stones. She was rude, uncaring, disrespectful, and miss diagnosed me.

Very rude and condescending, should not be even close to healthcare industry.. I am done with Barberton Hospital thanks to Jessica!!!

I wish I would have seen these other reviews before our experience with her. She is not only incompetent medically, she is also very mean and condescending. She should be nowhere near patients ever!

Her mis/non diagnosis led to a week long hospital stay. Please do not trust this professional with your life or the lives of your loved ones! Our situation would have been much worse if we listened to her initial assessment. Luckily we did not and went to a trusted ER the next day.

Jessica listened to all my concerns. She was very caring and compassionate. Will return to this location in the future.

Jessica Riggs is absolutely horrible! She has the worst bedside manner and has no clue what she is talking about! I cannot believe that this lady actually graduated from np school, let alone got hired by the Cleveland Clinic! Please stay FAR away from this one! I have reported her to the Cleveland Clinic and it sounds like I'm not the first to complain!
