Nice lady that has common sense & awareness of pai
My experience she may be more matter of fact, but that’s normal. Anyone may need to feel their way around a person while others are comfortable and more relaxed. That’s my view, where she is kind of task focused, yet, I can be that way myself when thinking!

Not sympathetic or very caring
Had my appt with her and she was very casual. She didn't seem to care much about my pain. Kept typing the whole time and not really paying attention to me. I thought someone who deals with patients who are in pain would have some compassion. I felt she was being dismissive and not at all interested in my well being
