Jessica Walters, MSPT

Jessica was my physical therapist for about 6 months following a knee injury from a car accident. She is patient, kind, and so knowledgable. She pinpointed my diagnosis long before my doctor and any expensive scans confirmed. She has a great rapport with patients and felt more like a friend than a doctor. I looked forward to my weekly visits and had a significant reduction of pain and improved stability in weeks with her guidance. Even when I suffered a setback, she was quickly able to determine what exercises would help get me back on track, and I now feel like I've mostly recovered. I never felt like she wasted my time or took advantage, and she always listened, probably better than any of my doctors, to my symptoms and what I felt contributed to my pain. Definitely helped reduce my stigma around doctors in general.
