Terrible customer service and minimal professionalism. Totally untrustworthy ! She doesn't not know how to perform a contact lense fitting and examination. This person faked to perform one for me and tried to convince me that my prescription for contact lense was the same as my regular glasses fitting. I inquired about it since that did not sound accuracy. She lied to me. Please don't visit her. Other customers also complaining about her poor service at the American Best glasses in Rockville.
