Does not listen. Interrupts, and with preconceived (pathologizing) notions of how you are / what you are going to say. Steeped in experimental theories/methods about personality pathology. And has tunnel vision based on those. Will not see you as a whole person. Can be quite cruel.

Called me crazy
Jill made me feel really bad. I know that sometimes you need "tough love" in therapy, but she told me I was crazy. I don't think that is helpful. I need help, not judgement like that.

I felt that Ms. Delaney was judgmental and critical and couldn't understand the impact certain life events had on me. I also felt that she made assumptions before getting to know me herself.
