EMDR Therapy was great help
Jill has helped me process some recent trauma I experienced through EMDR therapy. This therapy has greatly helped me with overcoming the trauma and going back to living a happier and healthier life. I don't know where I would be without her help.

I began seeing Jill for counseling to help me deal with the breakup of a long term relationship. I thought I wouldn't want to see her for more than a few sessions as that was my experience throughout my lifetime up to then. I began to trust Jill and saw that she was different than other therapists I had gone to. I couldn't always predict what she was going to say. I have overcome PTSD through EMDR therapy with Jill. I was able to stop using opiates with her help. I highly recommend her.
