I was frustrated with my mother's ongoing leg swelling and felt not getting to root issue, everyone reminds her of her age, which I get. I appreciate that Jill let me be my mother's advocate and did listen. We usually only get one mom in life. Jill didn't take offense and understood being her advocate, and did listen. Thank you for caring!
