Jill Lechner, CRNP

I barely see Lechner. I was prescribed a CPAP machine, which was conducted through her office. Around June 2021, a recall by Philip's for the CPAP machine occurred. I initially reached out to Lechner how I should proceed. Someone else copied and pasted a statement that did explain in July that Philip's did not yet inform St. Luke's about the availability of new machines. This statement did not really address my particular concerns, but I did follow what it said I should do. Mid-September, I decide to ask if any follow up is available. Someone other than Lechner explained there is not follow up, not on Lechner's behalf as it's not her responsibility. They offered a new prescription while also saying the original equipment provider had no new ones. There were no other places suggested. Essentially, Lechner and her office do not feel any responsibility for the recall at all. It was made clear it's my problem, talk to Philip's, and use the CPAP if you choose to accept the risk.
