Jill Madden has a terrible bedside manner. Patronizing, condencending and a bully if you question her. No one should tolerate being spoken to like a ten year old. I would rate her less than zero if possible. Do not request her. The rest of the staff is fabulous. AVOID AVOID AVOID HER.
