Jim Chea made our baby's head WORSE! The he gave us helmet didn't fit properly, and we all knew it from the beginning, but he kept saying that was normal. It was only after wearing it 5 months when we went to OHSU's cranial facial clinic that we found out what we suspected all along: the helmet was not working because it was not fitted properly. 10 months and two helmets later, our baby's head is permanently deformed, and the deformation caused by the helmet is worse than it was to begin with
