Jimmy has been an amazing Dr. - I feel I can trust him, his knowledge and expertise. I can tell he is a good person - that cares about my health and the way he speaks to me reflects on that. He is also very respectful - some pDoc's in other states I lived in have not been I feel some have looked down on me for my disabilities. Everyone at Guadalupe Psychiatric and Mental Health Services has provided a good experience. Janet & Brianna at the front desk are great to speak with and are very friendly and helpful and I love to hear from them.

Jimmy is great! However, the office support personnel are highly dysfunctional. I often cannot get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment or to help with my prescription within a timely manner. Jimmy gets a 5 star for sure! He is extremely professional and responsive. The office staff get a 2, which is somewhat generous.
