Did not write down notes during the many visits. Forgot what she was charging from time to time. She actually broke ethical care and was weak. She's a nice lady, but time to retire as she admitted she was forgetful. Not what you want to improve your relationship. She helped break up our marriage, whereas I believe a good professional would have saved it. Hope this helps.
