Joan Bitcup is exceptional. I was examined by Joan following my discharge from Hartford Hospital during my rehab at a different facility. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of her examination, her medical knowledge, the way she conveyed it, and the time she spent addressing my concerns re possible alternatives. She is very personable and I wil look forward to my next appointment.

Exuded compassion and genuine interest in finding out what was going on and how best to help me get well. Focused on me and not 100% on the computer like some physicians do. Felt like I was in very capable hands and would highly recommend. Great bedside manner which is often missing these days.
