I wouldn't recommend joanna to know, one I have a rare diease called myasthenia gravis it is a autoimmune muscle and nerve disorder where your muscle gets very weaken, there is no cure! Exercise is a big flat no according to my nueroglist, she tells me I need to join a gym and go on a diet, this lady has no clue what that could do to me, was in her office just to get blood work results was there for close to 4 hours! Really take my advice don't go to her!
