Joanna worked with our family and is very professional and understanding. She documents everything and has great commonsense. She is very reliable. She treats our family as people and not just another client. She knows her stuff and seems geniunely concern that we receive the best attention possible. She has never stolen from us. She is always on time. Her person and clothes are clean. She is beautiful, inside and out and she her moral compass is always pointing in the right direction.
