From start to finish I felt comfortable and cared about. From the receptionist to the very end, it was the best healthcare experience ever. They explained every step, answered every question, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had to have some moles removed. Not an exciting thing to have to do. I walked in scared and left thankful and beyond satisfied. I will recommend this clinic to EVERYONE.

First time going to Dermatologist, and it was a good experience. You can tell Joanne is very experienced, knows what she is doing, what she's looking for. Took care of two moles right then and there. It was a comfortable experience, I will definitely be going back.

This was my first time seeing a dermatologist and I was a bit nervous but she completely made me feel at ease. Everything was explained in detail and she made sure I was ok during the entire process. I’m so glad to find a doctor that doesn’t rush you out and takes time with you.

This office ranks in the top 10 best in all categories I use to measure offices, staff, and practitioners, and continues with each appointment to stay there. Easy to make an appointment, friendly at all contact points, and Ms. Alters is professional, thorough, but very friendly at the same time. I continue to recommend patients to her, and receive the same reports from those I send.
