Joanne was extremely dismissive of what I was explaining to her, my symptoms and my experience with what was going on over the week. Instead, she seemed hyperfocused on my previous visits, focusing on the fact they were video visits and not in person. She did not document my symptoms correctly upon looking at my summary of my visit with her, and stressed that instead of doing these 'video visits' I should be seen in person. Then she said I should stop all cold medicine and simply “add B…” for my uncontrolled allergies. I was clearly struggling with a sinus infection, in which I went to immediate care the next day as it worsened into double eye infection from my sinuses. If Joanne does not believe in patients doing 'video visits', she should not offer them. She was more focused on shaming me about video visits than listening to my concerns. Her dismissive nature and know it all approach are undesirable as someone in the healthcare field.

Joanne does not appear sympathetic. I was honestly in the worst pain in my life from a sinus infection and I have had cancer, an infected gallbladder removed in an ER visit, and I walk around with bone-on-bone knee pain all day. She seems like she wants to get you off the phone so she can get through her quota of patients and not prescribe you anything and be a star RN with Duly because she is saving so much money and is so efficient, but she is truly terrible with patient care. She should not be doing this job. She does not listen. She has no bedside manner. She is rushed and seems unconcerned with your complaints.
