My first appointment with Joanne was not professional. She didn't introduce herself after showing up 5 minutes late and throughout the whole session, she was yawning. And, while I was talking, she decided to take her medicine and eye drops. Also, the atmosphere was dimly lit and her body language displayed disinterest in everything I was saying: crossed arms, rubbing temples, looking out the window. Then, she decided to end the session 5-10 minutes early. So, it was not a good experience.
