Joanne was absolutely wonderful. She truly listened and made me feel heard about the meds I’ve been taking and why I don’t feel they work- I’m so grateful to have been referred to her.

Completely unprofessional. She talked about herself too much. Should not be practicing whatsoever. Overmedicated, lured me into taking an expensive gene test among other things. Reported her

She is very personable. I agree with the last reviewer, I didn't even think of asking her about insurance and billing I saw her for my medications. Joanne changed my medications about 1 month ago, I have not felt this good in years. She takes the tome to listen and that is what Ive never experienced before. Joanne has literally saved my life. I trust her.

I came online to write about what an unexpected positive experience I had today meeting Joanne nurse practitioner. I work in healthcare myself and after reading the last review I was shocked- I have never seen my primary care provider or any provider and expected him m/her to know anything about billing, scheduling- that's what the staff are for that are hired to do those jobs. It sounds to me like someone didnt get the medications they wanted. I met today a very warm, caring, psychiatric provider who made me feel at ease within minutes of talking to her because of her humor, her approachability, and obvious kindness. She took the time to answer my questions and I felt 100% safe with her approach to my care. I highly recommend her.

constantly blamed everyone else for her mistakes with scheduling, billing, paperwork. she accused me of not sending documents when I have them saved in my "outgoing" mail. she doesn't get back to my voicemail and says she never received calls/emails/messages from me. extreme gaslighter and makes me feel like I'm making things up. always talks about herself and made me cry many times. don't waste your time here.

She was very pleasant and took the time to listen. She looked at my medication history that is a long one of many failed medications that never worked to help my depression and anxiety. I have seen her 3 times in 2 months and I have never felt this good in a very long time. I was nervous to try new medication but I also knew I had to just trust. Im so glad I found her, my life has drastically changed for me. Thank you Joanne you are truly an angel and Im forever grateful for your kind and compassionate care.

Joanne consistently had troubles understanding our insurance company requirements when re-filling prescriptions, she expected us to pay out of pocket because she will not write a 90 day script as our company requires. She also has no back-up in place if she is out of the office and there is an issue with a prescription.

Joanne and her staff are rude and don’t know how to communicate properly. Impossible to get ahold of her and she’s always on vacation or not in the office. I ran out of medication for multiple days and she denied refills knowing I was out of medication. Go see an actual psychiatrist that knows what they’re doing.

My son, daughter, and husband have been patients of nurse practitioner Joanne for 2 years. She genuinely cares for her patients and their well being. Joanne is THE BEST. Joanne has done so much for our family, no words can express how much we appreciate her.

Joanne has changed my life! She took the time to understand my needs without judgement, she is open and direct, and she is always there when I have questions or need her. Because of the treatment I received from Joanne, I feel like I am living life again, being a great mom, wife and a productive worker. I would highly recommend Joanne.

I was a new patient today of Joanne Howden-Rich NP. I had read the two negative feedbacks and of course did wonder about them. I should have realized they were written by disgruntled people. She is very pleasant, and I liked her approach to my care. She answered all my questions. I can say with confidence I am in good hands with Joanne and am very glad I am seeing a nurse practitioner.

Excellent provider. I have had a lifelong string of psychological services for depression and anxiety. Ms Howden-Rich made me feel instantly at ease. My recent initial appointment was an unexpected delightful experience- she is a gem.

Joanne is excellent. She is kind and extremely intuitive. I can highly recommend her. Her ability to communicate with today's adolescents is amazing.

JoAnne is not only someone who takes her job very seriously butnshenteuly cares about her patients. She wants us to feel 9k in our skin. She is very careful on what she does and makes sure she does what she truly believes is best. My youngest started seeing her for ADHD, short time later my oldest for depression and anxiety and than I also transferred to her for depression and anxiety. she has saved my family from a place of feeling lost and we feel like we are in the best possible hands. I trust her with not only my life but my 2 daughters and I know she fights for our fights and I could not be more grateful for her everyday. Our family was scared and struggling wondering if anyone would care enough for us as humans to help and this woman cares. I owe her more than words. We will are with her for the long run.

I really don’t know how to start off. Joanne has been a huge help in saving my life. She has gone above and beyond in my care and always makes sure to hold my hand every step of the way. Mental health is always a journey. Iwas suicidal, lost, reluctant for help for years & now I’m a successful model; truly she has influenced me and be light to my darkness and I’m so thankful for people like her who pursue psychiatristy and change lives out of the goodness of her heart. God put her in my life.

Horrible communication. We had a Horrible experience with her people skills and when someone is working with children and parents of these children- it’s important to work together. Also there is a lack of follow through on multiple levels. She took them off of med and started a new, only to find that the med she put them on didn’t help with major issues they have struggles with and as a result problems for the kids escalated.

Joanne is a terrible nurse. She doesnt care about her patients. She took me off my antidepressant and told me she does what she wants. I only had her for 2 sessions. Find an actual doctor. Not a nurse who doesnt know what shes doing.
