Joanne is great! She spends time with you and truly listens and cares. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Prescription requests are usually handled same day. They actually return your phone call usually same day or next business day.

Listens to problems & usually has solutions.

Combines traditional medicine with natural/functional medicine/naturopathy so you get a combination that's detailed and personalized. Joanne also does thermograms (don't have to be a patient) in her office - much safer and better quality than mammograms. In response to a couple of other reviews, she totally changed her office staff. They are calm and competent so don't let that detract you. You'll also really like Joanne as a person.

Good and bad. Joanne is good and the blood work on which she bases some of her treatment decisions is excellent. She works with you on lifestyle changes--exercise and diet. Staff are some of the worst I've encountered at a provider's office. Failed to return calls, failed to call in prescriptions (how can multiple pharmacies have the same problem), no sense of a "patient care attitude". I can be treated poorly elsewhere for less money.

I have found Joanne Keller and her staff to be caring and attentive. Joanne gets to the cause of a problem instead of treating symptoms. I have been more than happy with my medical care in Florida since I switched to this office. I highly recommend her.

Joanne is great. The office staff is horrendous. They make getting prescription refills difficult if not impossible, out and out lie about communicating with pharmacies for medication, lie to the patient saying they are going to handle something and never do, lose documentation handed to them, and worse - make medical decisions for the patient without speaking to the doctor. I spoke with a medical associate who said things were going to improve there, but nothing has changed. I'm done with them.
