Joanne (heart specialist) and her nurse Jackie were amazing. Very thorough, explained everything clearly, goals, plans and answered any questions i had. All of them. Joanne spent 40 mins with me and that's by far the longest visit I've had with a medical professional. Joanne is at the heart failure clinic in Camden
