Joanne is a true professional. Very thorough, knowledgeable, cordial and effective in resolving the medical problem i had. She was explaining the findings as she was investigating my dermatological issue. Upon reaching her diagnosis she determined and selected the appropriate medicine, while providing justification for the selection as well as verbal and written instructions for its application.
