I was very nervous. The staff sensed this and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Jody was so caring. Really took her time to find out about my symptoms.

I was very very happy with everything that Jody did for me she's got me going in the right direction I'm very happy with Mayfield. Jody was very professional my main goal is to get rid of all the pain I'm having and I think she has me going in the right direction
