Inexperienced and unprofessional
Very inexperienced, I tried working with Joel for almost a year but almost everything he told me was either not correct or oddly general. Sometimes a physician assistant can be a good PCP but not this one, find another.

Knowledgeable, kind, thorough and considerate
Our grandchildren have been going to see Dr. Salle & Dr. Joel (what we call him) for years, and both are great. Dr. Joel, is thorough in his tests and reviews, he is considerate of our worries and open to our questions, comments, or concerns. Above all, he is kind to our children and us, even when he probably wants to just be done with us.
