Joel Webb, PA-C

Our little family of three have gone to Dr. Joel Webb for the past at least 3 years. He has been great for our family. He is who we prefer to see every time we go to Willow Valley. He has always been knowledgeable and willing to listen to any concerns and issues. He has helped us get feeling better and back on our feet whether it be a cold or a broken ankle.

I took my sick 3 year old in and this was the luck of the draw Dr. we received. We told him that our son has been struggling to breathe the last 2 nights and got sent home from daycare because he was coughing so hard he threw up. We mentioned RSV is going around in children and he told us that our son is too old and too big. That RSV is basically just in younger kids. He then did a covid test which was negative and we left. That night we ended up in the ER after my son had a seizure from his temp being so high, trying to fight off infection from....RSV!! we called to address this and was ignored, an emergency room visit and possible seizure could have been avoided had he been a little bit more proactive and actually used his brain he went to school with to realize toddlers and adults, though rare can still get RSV. Spending a few extra minutes with patients to make them feel taken care of goes along ways, I did not get this with Joel Webb MD
