Johanna was my therapist from 2017 to 2020. She helped me cope with anxious and perseverative thought patterns and also helped me with difficult family and work relationships. As someone who experiences alexithymia (trouble sensing one's own emotions) and really struggles to get words out when stressed, I have often struggled to click with therapists. Johanna was able to work with my strengths and figure out the way of doing things that suited me best. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially neuroatypical folks, as I think she has a knack for thinking outside the box.
