Extremely caring, takes a lot of the time to listen. Very good advice, Exceptional in his field. Expert in mindfulness! And a great teacher. I really can't say enough good about him. He helped me through a very hard time and out of a stressful Dark place. Who would have thought just talking to John would make such an impact, and I was very skeptical at first, I'm so glad I kept going to see him! Life changing! Enough said.
