Extremely unprofessional. Appears nice in person but shares personal details learnt in sessions with third parties. He is prejudges but does not show it easily. Places follow up phone calls while driving as it is convenient for him but is unaware of the time of phone calls (e.g. placed during religious ceremony, dinner time, late hours).

Dr Cotter has helped our family over the course of many years with a variety of family issues. He has helped us through eating disorders, self-esteem troubles, to addiction issues, and the marital struggles going through it all. Dr Cotter made himself available to each of us during times of crisis. By providing us with a variety of tools to parent teen(s) in crisis and encouraging us through tough times with love & acceptance....we made it through some tough times.
