John Elder is a fantastic therapist. He works in the field of addiction but helped me deal with a lot of things. Two years ago I had a bit of a breakdown. I was having daily panic attacks and I was deeply depressed. I am writing this now because I can no longer reach him without my health insurance, but his advice has helped me still.
